The program uses daily hCG injections which is a natural hormone found in the body. This hormone can accelerate fat loss without depleting muscle if combined with a very low calorie diet.

Patients can chose either a 26 or 43 day hCG cycle followed a 6 week maintenance plan.
Patients will first have a medical exam with Dr. de Klerk and sometimes are also sent for lab work before they can begin the program.
